At Chad+Co, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our valued clients. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you notify us of any changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client in need of our services.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service you were booked for will be applied. We believe this policy is fair to both our clients and our dedicated team of professionals, who reserve time specifically for your appointment.

In the event of a "no-show" (failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice), a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service you were scheduled for will be charged.

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to find an alternative appointment time that suits your needs.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as emergencies or sudden illnesses. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
